Guest Information:

Check -In Time: Normal check-in time is 4 - 6 pm, please advise us if you are going to check in outside these times so that we can make sure that we will be here to meet you when you arrive.

Earlier check in times can be arranged but please be aware that we have to service the units. You are welcome to leave your luggage.

Check-Out Time: 10.00 am Late check-outs are by arrangement only. We have to service the units between guests. You are welcome to leave packed baggage to pick up later.

Payment Policy:

Credit card details are required to a confirm booking. These are only held as security for your booking. No deposit is required. Full amount is payable on arrival by way of cash or Visa/MasterCard. ATM's are available 8 minutes walk away. Payment to be in New Zealand Dollars (NZD$)

Please note: No payments are drawn from Credit Cards until you arrive or our cancellation policy comes into effect.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation within 14 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit of the total booking price. Cancellation within 3 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.

We will try to re-book the vacancy and if successful no penalty will apply.

Annick House is a small boutique B&B and cancellations affect us greatly. We strongly recommend that travellers take out a comprehensive Travel insurance Policy at the time of booking all travel and accommodation to protect themselves against unexpected changes to their travel plans.

However we do endeavour to understand and will judge each situation on its own merits or extenuating circumstances. Even on holiday life has its ups and downs.

General Information: Smoking is only permitted outdoors. We are not suitable for pets. Extra guests are not permitted unless by prior arrangement.
